Speaking & Advisory
I give talks to companies, public institutions, and academic audiences about how behavioral science can improve decisions, policy, and everyday behavior. I welcome invitations to academic seminars and workshops, and I take on a limited number of paid keynotes and workshops each year.

Talks and topics
My talks are tailored to the audience, but most grow out of the same question: why do people so often act differently from what they intend — and what can actually close that gap? Some of the themes I’m invited to speak on:
- When do prices work — and when don’t they? What experiments from public policy reveal about when financial incentives change behavior, when they backfire, and what to do instead.
- Nudging for sustainability. Why good intentions aren’t enough, and how small changes to choice environments can shift real behavior — from halving meat consumption with a menu redesign to increasing recycling and public transport use.
- The AI productivity paradox. Why work feels more productive with AI while organizations often see no measurable gains — and what behavioral research says about adopting AI well rather than just adopting it.
- An introduction to nudging. What nudging is (and why it isn’t manipulation), grounded in current research.
